Role Summary:
ā¢ You will work in a fast-paced environment on an online platform that serves 500+ web & mobile sites globally. Your role will have you working on allaspects of the digital customer experience with client range of brands, from engaging customers via digital marketing channels, searching and browsing for products in the online shop and other sales channels, all the way to the customer receiving their order.
ā¢ The Systems Engineer is responsible for the maintenance of system integrations and customization of inriver of our Product Experience
ā¢ Management System (inriver). You will work closely with technical and product management staff across the company, so strong communicationand task coordination skills are essential.
Success criteria:
ā¢ Experience in programming with C# MVC, Visual Studio and .Net Core
ā¢ Experience in integrations using JSON, REST APIs
ā¢ Exposure to system integrations and concepts
ā¢ Exposure to APIs and data exchange format
ā¢ Experience analyzing data to glean insights around product information and product data structure
ā¢ Experience in working with technical teams working on backend, middleware or frontend platforms
ā¢ Ability to validate data integrity, completeness, and relevance to the business requirements
ā¢ Support technical and architectural changes while maintaining the data integrity and hierarchy structure.
ā¢ Exhibit curiosity and the desire to learn new tools and technologies; Tech savviness with an initiative to learn new software systems quickly
ā¢ Thrive in a fast-past, dynamic environment and prioritize work and time effectively
ā¢ Must be able to understand current and future state integrations, recommend changes based on the outcome of analysis performed
ā¢ Must be able to work independently
ā¢ Must have keen eye for details
Who You Are:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in technology / engineering with computer science or related field
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in programming and development using C#.NET
ā¢ 2-3 years of experience in integrations with systems upstream and downstream
ā¢ Must be extremely detail-oriented, deadline driven and could manage multiple assignments at once
ā¢ Tech savviness with an initiative to learn new software systems quickly
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and critical-thinking skills to be able to proactively resolve issues and continuously improve
ā¢ results;
ā¢ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required,
Skills Preferred;
ā¢ Strong knowledge on .NET C# MVC and .NET Core
ā¢ Working knowledge of Visual Studio .NET and Azure DevOps
ā¢ Strong understanding and knowledge on object-oriented programming concepts
ā¢ Experience in working with relational data models and data structures
ā¢ Experience in working with 3rd party APIs and SDKs
ā¢ Writing and interacting SOAP and REST based web services
ā¢ Experience in using GIT
ā¢ Product Information Management, PIM experience (inriver)
ā¢ inRiver PIM developer certification
