Senior Analyst / Associate (M&A)

Harris Computer India, part of the global Constellation Software Inc. group, is seeking a motivated M&A Senior Analyst / Associate to support its international growth strategy. In this role, you will be actively involved in the entire M&A process—from identifying potential targets and conducting due diligence to supporting post-acquisition integration. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic projects across regions including India, UK, D-A-CH, Israel, and South Africa. THE ROLE Support the full M&A process: organizing and managing document requests and reviews, conducting due diligence, and preparing business plans and investment proposals. Transfer project data to the integration team and follow up on outcomes; prepare post-acquisition reviews. Assist with strategic analyses and evaluations for the M&A and Business Development teams. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3 - 6 years of first-hand experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment Banking, or related fields A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Corporate Finance or M&A Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial statements and valuation principles Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with financial modeling Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams across time zones Fluent in English Ideally, experience in the IT/software industry.
