About the Role & Team
The Bookable Experiences Logistics Team develops and supports Dining Bookable Products and Non-Dining Experiences by orchestrating the build-to-launch process for all Walt Disney World and Disneyland bookable products. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating, building, sustaining, and validating all bookable products across diverse categories for multiple partners, utilizing multiple bookable content management tools such as D-Scribe, OpSheet, AVAIL SE, and Product Authoring Tool applications.
What You Will Do
Design and sustain build process flows, develop automated project managing tools, and generate content for meal periods
Establish policies, manage product associations, sustain pricing and related content, incorporate add-on products, and apply membership discounts
Organize schedules, develop analytical tools to measure systems health and processes accuracy, and more
Required Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of experience in F&B and activities product build and configuration
Proven knowledge and understanding of Food and Beverage Revenue Management processes, procedures, and controls
Proficiency in reporting tools like MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Snowflake
Proven experience with D-Scribe Content Management Application, and OpSheet scheduling application
Demonstrated robust system skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and process mapping applications like Moqups
Experience in project development and sustainment in project applications such as SmartSheet
Ability to design reporting and ad-hoc analysis of historical and current data and configuration to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities with Bookable Experiences build processes
Proven knowledge of Walt Disney World Food & Beverage, Tours, and Recreation line of business
Demonstrated self-starter, with strong strategic aptitude, clear thinking and communicating, and great decision making
Strong attention to detail, with an ability to take a step back and understand the bigger picture
Ability to work with Data Engineers and Systems Administrators in Technology to improve data configuration and content flows across the composite
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated understanding of complex processes and the ability to map and document them and present them to a diverse audience
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while managing multiple and changing priorities
Flexibility with work schedule, including non-typical hours based on business needs
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, Finance, Economics, Revenue Management related field, or equivalent
PMP Certification
