They are hiring an Associate Account Representative for the Ignite Sales Development program, where you will receive extensive training in commercial HVAC equipment and sales methodologies while building relationships and gaining hands-on experience in the field.ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with program and Daikin field leaders, mentors, peers, and support staffDevelop knowledge of Daikin Applied’s line of commercial HVAC equipment, service, and solutions offeringsPartner with your local office team members to job-shadow critical rolesAttend and participate in in-person trainings, virtual instructor-led trainings (VILT), and self-directed learning modulesLearn Daikin Applied’s processes, procedures, technology, and resources to help support your sales office with estimating, preparing quotes, understanding credit terms, contract preparation, and moreAttend and participate in Sandler Sales methodology trainingRoleplay different parts of the sales cycle to practice working with customersPartner with Ignite peers to complete a capstone project during the course of the program.
