Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Amazon Marketplace Strategist with at least 5 years of advanced Seller Central experience to serve as our in-house expert. You'll lead the way on listing optimization, advertising, product launches, inventory management, and new growth strategies—while mentoring brand managers and staying ahead of the latest Amazon updates and tools, including AI innovations. You’ll report directly to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and guide all aspects of Seller Central strategy, from SEO to advertising and analytics
• Lead advanced listing optimization using Helium 10 and other top tools
• Oversee advertising campaigns with innovative, performance-driven PPC strategies
• Spearhead new product launches, review acquisition, and ranking acceleration
• Coach and train our internal brand team on Amazon best practices and tools
• Monitor trends, software updates, and AI breakthroughs—and bring back what matters
• Analyze sales, profitability, and inventory to improve turn rates and account health
Success Looks Like
• Measurable gains in organic ranking, conversion rates, and ad performance
• Brand managers operating at a higher skill level through your guidance
• Smart inventory decisions that improve cash flow and sales velocity
• Continuous innovation that keeps Lucky 21 on the cutting edge of marketplace growth
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on, high-level experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Deep expertise in Helium 10 (all key tools) and other optimization software
• Proven results in advertising strategy, product launches, and listing growth
• Agency or big-brand experience preferred
• Strong awareness of emerging Amazon strategies, software, and AI applications
Technology Stack
You’ll work within Lucky 21’s custom Amazon operations stack: Helium 10, internal reporting tools, ERP integrations, and advanced data platforms.
Work Environment & Hours
This is a fully remote role, but highly collaborative. We meet face-to-face on Microsoft Teams throughout the day, working closely across departments in real time.
Work hours:
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST
