Use recruitment metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.Build and maintain a robust network and pipeline of potential candidates and industry contacts. Represent our company at key industry events and conferences to promote our innovative projects and attract skilled professionals.Work closely with a variety of stakeholders, technical teams, and people team peers to align recruitment practices with overall business objectives. Mentor and partner with hiring managers on best practices for attracting and hiring specialized technical talent.Implement inclusive recruitment strategies that encourage participation from underrepresented groups in the tech industry.Own the negotiation and closing process to offer competitive compensation packages.
