This role combines forward-deployed engineering, internal evangelism, and product thinking. In the early stages, you will focus heavily on adoption: helping Product, Commercial, and Engineering teams successfully integrate Apollo into their workflows. Over time, you will act as cross-functional glue, translating business needs into AI platform priorities. Here are the outcomes you will be expected to achieve: Drive measurable adoption of Apollo across Product, Commercial, and Engineering teams so that AI capabilities are actively used in day-to-day workflows, not sitting on a shelf. Build a durable enablement ecosystem (documentation, training materials, self-serve resources) that allows teams to onboard onto Apollo independently, reducing reliance on one-off support. Establish a reliable feedback loop between business stakeholders and the AI platform team, ensuring the Apollo roadmap is shaped by real user needs and prioritized against business impact. Here's what you will do in this role to achieve these outcomes: Partner with Product, Commercial, Executive, and Engineering teams to implement Apollo capabilities across their workflows. Lead training sessions, workshops, and internal demos, building all supporting materials for these activities. Develop documentation in Confluence and internal knowledge bases to ensure durable, self-serve learning. Create newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and company-wide presentations to evangelize Apollo and build AI awareness. Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders across functions, then translate business needs into structured AI platform requirements. Help prioritize roadmap initiatives with AI and engineering teams, acting as a product-minded liaison across departments. Deliver low-to-medium complexity technical implementations, supporting integrations and configuration of AI workflows. Prototype lightweight solutions to demonstrate value and accelerate adoption of Apollo capabilities. You are probably a strong candidate for this role if you've accomplished: Served as a forward-deployed or solutions engineer embedded with cross-functional teams, driving adoption of a technical platform or product. Built internal enablement programs, training curricula, or change management initiatives that helped non-technical teams adopt new tools. Translated complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for business and executive audiences. Acted as a product-minded liaison, gathering stakeholder feedback and shaping a platform or product roadmap based on real user needs. Here are the skills/competencies you have that will be needed to achieve the expected outcomes: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Product intuition and experience translating business needs into technical requirements and prioritized roadmap items. Familiarity with AI/ML platform tooling and workflow automation. Comfort working across Product, Commercial, and Engineering functions simultaneously. We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $180,000- $230,000 and stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
