Senior Advisor Public Policy Development
Experience Required 5 years minimum experience Position Summary The Public Policy Senior Advisor provides strategic guidance on policy development, issue positioning, and policy-related communications for the campaign. This role ensures that the candidate’s policy agenda is well-developed, clearly articulated, and aligned with campaign values and voter priorities. Working closely with senior leadership, research, and communications teams, the Senior Advisor helps translate complex policy ideas into actionable and voter-focused positions. Key Responsibilities • Advise senior campaign leadership on policy strategy and issue prioritization • Guide the development and refinement of the campaign’s policy agenda • Ensure policy positions align with campaign values, messaging, and electoral strategy • Collaborate with research and data teams to analyze policy impacts and voter concerns • Work with communications staff to translate policy into clear, persuasive messaging • Review speeches, policy briefs, and public statements for policy accuracy and consistency • Support debate preparation and issue-based media appearances • Monitor policy developments and emerging issues to identify opportunities and risks Apply tot his job
