You can help a small business local to your area!About the roleWe're Looking For a highly organized and detail oriented individual to join our Operations team as an Accounts Receivables Specialist. The ideal candidate is responsible for the day-to-day management of member accounts including onboarding, offboarding, and adjustments, as well as member billing including data adjustments, member accounts receivable, and service of billing related tickets. Candidates would be expected to work 8am to 5pm (EST), Monday through Friday.Primary Responsibilities Process payments for 1,500 plus unit portfolioPrepare receivable collection reportMonitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularitiesMaintain electronic accounts receivable customer files and recordsFollow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.Prepare bank depositsProcess adjustments, tenant move-ins and deposit refundsAssist with month-end closingMaintain up-to-date billing systemSpecial projects and reporting as neededRequirements and Preferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience in accounts, account receivables and other billing-related tasks2+ years of experience in a customer service oriented roleExperience with workspace management systems, preferable OfficeRnDAbility to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externallyExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAdaptability and strong problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionHigh technical competence in Excel and/or Google SheetsUnderstanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
