As a Senior Accountant - NetSuite, you'll be an integral part of our Implementation Team, working closely with clients to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support. Job Summary We're looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Accountant - NetSuite to join our team on a remote basis. As a Senior Accountant - NetSuite, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all client deliverables are achieved in a timely fashion during the client onboarding process. You'll work closely with our Implementation Team to support client-related goals and objectives, and contribute to the success of our clients through your expertise in full-cycle accounting, NetSuite, and project management. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Implementation Team to ensure timely and successful client onboarding, including setup and configuration of NetSuite Provide full-cycle accounting support, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger Manage and complete special projects, back work, and daily projects as assigned by the Implementation Team Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support Present complex financial information to various audiences, including clients and internal stakeholders Analyze and resolve accounting discrepancies, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal financial performance Essential Qualifications 2-3 years of experience with NetSuite, preferably in an implementation or accounting role Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the $5M to $50M market Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables) and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences Keen attention to detail, with demonstrated accuracy and speed in current role Proven judgment and decision-making skills, with a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Familiarity with accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and financial reporting requirements Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA) Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment What We Offer At Workwarp, we're committed to providing our team members with a supportive and dynamic work environment that fosters growth and success.
