We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Accountant. Your work will provide critical accounting support for our growing business
Responsibilities include:
Create client invoicing
Assist in processing Accounts Payable, communicating with vendors regarding payment status, invoice request and inquiries
Expense Report approval utilizing Concur
Data reconciliation between systems
Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Process and record daily banking activity
Monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Inter-co transactions and reconciliation
Assist with month-end close including review of financials, journal entries and reporting for multiple entities
Manage all company insurance policies
Payroll processing including journal entries and commission calculations
Calculation and filing of sales tax and federal excise tax
Maintain fixed assets and related depreciation schedules
Perform other duties as assigned
CPA a plus
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of Full Cycle Accounting experience
High Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
Extensive knowledge of Month-End Close processes
Attention to detail
Excellent communication, research, problem solving, time management and customer service skills
