Job Summary:
Design and deliver engaging English language lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels

Develop and implement effective lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials
Utilize technology to enhance instruction, track student progress, and communicate with students and colleagues
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, share best practices, and support student learning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
Valid teaching certification or license (Alaska teaching certificate preferred)
Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably in an immersion setting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Strong technology skills, including proficiency in online learning platforms and tools
