Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to partner with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions, introducing and integrating our mental wellness solutions. This critical role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, including conducting demos and presentations of the UraWARRIOR platform
Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our solutions meet those needs
Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
Attend industry conferences and events to promote UraWARRIOR and network with potential clients
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in the wellness or healthcare sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and inspire
Self-starter with a track record of effective, independent performance in a remote setting
Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficient in managing sales pipelines
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related fields is preferred
Compensation:
This commission-only role offers a competitive rate of 30% commission on each deal closed, providing significant earning potential based on performance.
