The SEM Coordinator will work closely with the SEM Manager and Sr. SEM Manager to support campaign building, research, analysis, and reporting. This role requires a passion for Paid Search and being in-the-weeds for all things Google Ads related.What You'll DoAssist with campaign setup and launch across Google, Bing, GDN, and YouTubeTrain and provide quality assurance of all Analyst work across campaign development and reportingLead building of recurring and ad hoc reports, including writing insights for weekly and monthly dashboardsStrong attention to detail is required and the ability to organize multiple tasks with overlapping deadlinesConduct in-depth research to help plan campaigns, keywords, and ad copyCreating compelling ad copy and analyze performance to understand what message resonates best with usersContribute to strategic discussions by participating in brainstorm meetings with senior team membersContinue training on ongoing campaign management and optimization to develop a strong understanding of paid search performance principlesWhat We're Looking ForFluent in English & located in Canada1+ year of experience in Paid Search advertisingExperience managing over $25K/month in paid search spendStrong foundational knowledge of paid search with hands-on experience researching and building campaignsComfortable working in the granular aspects of paid search that require strong attention to detail (excel data, ad copy, keyword research, and report building)1+ year of agency experience preferred, but not requiredWhat We OfferAn incredible team and culture.
