Senior Account Executive, Client Services What You’ll DoAs our Senior Account Executive, your primary goal is to oversee successful implementation of existing client SOWs, coordinating internal and external resources, managing timelines and budgets, and providing day-to-day communication with the clients. Even in hectic circumstances, you must troubleshoot, remain cool under pressure, and communicate concisely and effectively to keep clients and internal teams informed and organized. A Day in the LifeDeliverablesUnderstand the therapeutic area of assigned account(s) and competitive environmentDemonstrate significant knowledge of agency procedure, be an advocate for agency process, and contributes to process improvementUnderstand a wide range of digital and non-digital project types across Medical Affairs and Commercial functionsModify core product framework plans to form custom project plansDemonstrate knowledge of healthcare regulations and client positioning and strategyEvaluate deliverables against Project BriefsContribute thoughtfully to the brand tactical planningProvide accurate and thorough documentation: status reports, contact report, timelinesOwn day-to-day tactics and execution within agencyDevelop budgets and ensure invoicing is consistent with agreed-upon termsKeep accurate record of time spent on client work and manage project burn rateAssist in project reconciliation and work with accounting to ensure accurate billing Client ResponsibilityWork with client and internal teams to successfully execute scoped tacticsCommunicate directly, frequently, and autonomously with client; build rapport and credibility with client based on trust and expert counselServe as the Client Service lead onsite at meetings such as ad boards and congress engagements Internal ResponsibilityKeep internal team informed of changes in client/competitive climateSynchronize communications between account teams, support teams, vendors, and clientMaintain accurate and organized project folders Other duties may be assigned to help drive deliverables within this role. What You Must Have Candidate must reside within NJ, NY, Delaware, PA, or CT to be eligible for this role Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree3+ years of client services experience2+ years of agency or pharmaceutical advertising experience (required)1+ year of oncology/hematology experience Skills and CompetenciesProficiency with MS Office, Adobe, WebEx (or other similar systems)Ability to innovate/brainstorm new ideas to solve client challengesDemonstrate leadership skills and ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, plan for additional resources, set goals and objectives, organize other people and other tasksExcellent quantitative and analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex or diverse informationExcellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions, and work well in group problem-solving solutionsAbility to respect and retain confidential client and company informationEnsure the highest standards of quality control of client deliverablesExperience leading execution and developing project plans for digital projectsUnderstanding of best practices in digital deliverables and familiarity with interactive content formatsDemonstrate understand of pharmaceutical and biotech team structures and how med comms deliverables fit into their strategies What You Might Have, but Isn’t RequiredExperience using cloud-based system servers such as EgnyteExperience working in a completely virtual environment Travel RequirementsTravel within the US and internationally as necessary, based on project, sponsor, and organizational needs ( The Team You’ll Work Closest WithYou will work closely with your Executive Director as well as your direct team to drive successful client projects. The range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000.
