About the position
The Selections Coordinator at Northbuilt Construction is responsible for assisting clients in selecting materials, fixtures, and finishes for bathroom remodeling projects. Responsibilities
• Meet with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budget.

• Provide guidance on material, fixture, and finish selections that align with client vision and project requirements.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of available products, materials, and finishes.

• Organize and manage samples of materials, fixtures, and finishes for client review.

• Create and maintain detailed records of client selections, including product specifications, quantities, and pricing.

• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source and quote selected materials and fixtures.

• Assist clients in making selections that align with their construction budget.

• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure selected items are integrated into the overall design plan.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the selection process.

• Address and resolve any issues related to product availability, delivery delays, or discrepancies in orders.

• Ensure all selected materials and fixtures meet the company's quality standards and project specifications.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role within the retail, sales, construction, or remodeling industry.

• Experience in remodeling or interior design is highly desirable.

• Certification in interior design or a related field is a plus.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
