Seeking Remote Evening or Weekend Part-time Resident Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on enhancing mental well-being and promoting healthy coping strategies. This role involves working with diverse populations. This is a remote position. Duties • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. • Provide behavioral therapy,individual, couples, and family counseling to address mental health issues. • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops as needed. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. • Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills. • **Please note this position will entail seeing 7-10 clients and it is slow to build up a caseload. Experience • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and practices is a plus. • Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and various counseling methods. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction. • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a client-centered approach.
