Zeektek is offering a 12+ month contract to hire opportunity for a senior Project or Program Manager with extensive experience in regulatory and compliance initiatives within healthcare. The role involves leading complex projects, managing multiple workstreams, and mentoring other PMs, while ensuring successful delivery in compliance-driven environments. Responsibilities • Project meetings, facilitation of program meetings, status reporting, problem solving, escalating risks/issues/decisions to leadership, executive report outs, Smartsheets and Planview oversight (Project Plan and RAID documentation) Skills • 7+ years of experience successfully leading large, complex regulatory and compliance initiatives within healthcare • 5+ years of Project/Program Management • Experience in managing regulatory/compliance projects within healthcare • Experience Project Managing large complex projects • Executive Reporting / Executive Presence • Bachelor’s degree • Proven success delivering cross-functional projects on time in compliance-driven environments • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and mentor other PMs under an enterprise program structure • Demonstrates executive presence • Excels in executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement • Proficient with Smartsheets, Planview, and other enterprise project management tools • MBA • Interoperability experience • History of successfully managing large and complex regulatory/compliance driven projects within healthcare • Experience with IT and business implementations • Smartsheets experience • Planview experience Company Overview • Zeektek is an IT recruiting and solutions firm.It was founded in 2016, and is headquartered in Granite Bay, California, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
