Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Visualization Specialist to create photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and visual concepts for our property development projects. This role involves transforming architectural plans and design ideas into compelling visuals that will be used for client presentations, marketing materials, and investor pitches. If you are creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in architectural visualization, we’d love to see your work! Responsibilities - Create high-quality 3D renderings (interior and exterior) - Develop 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting - Interpret CAD drawings, sketches, and architectural plans - Produce animated walkthroughs, flythroughs, or short videos (optional but preferred) - Make revisions quickly based on feedback - Deliver professional, presentation-ready visuals Requirements - Strong portfolio of real estate / architectural visualization work - Expertise in software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or similar applications - Rendering skills - Excellent sense of composition, lighting, and detail - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Clear and responsive communication Apply tot his job
