Position Overview We’re seeking two U.S.-based Fertility Nurses to join our growing Medical Advisory and Content Team as contracted contributors. This unique role blends medical expertise, digital education, and creative communication. You’ll use your clinical background to educate and inspire women—both within the app and across social platforms—through video, written content, and community engagement. Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Develop and appear in short-form educational videos on fertility, pregnancy and reproductive health for social media and the Premom app. • Review blog articles, app pages, and educational content for medical accuracy and clarity. • Provide expert input on new features, fertility tools, and product development from a medical perspective. • Participate in monthly or bi-monthly live webinars, panel discussions, or Q&A sessions within the Premom app or other online communities • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure all content aligns with clinical best practices and brand messaging. • Integrate AI tools directly into the daily workflow to assist in brainstorming new content ideas, drafting initial communications, and quickly improving documents for clarity and accuracy. • Stay current on fertility trends, reproductive technologies, and natural family planning methods to inform both education and app enhancements. • Collaborate with Premom’s marketing team to amplify key campaigns through your own voice and audience, while maintaining authenticity and transparency. • Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency, automate routine tasks, and acceltate the analysis • Serve as part of the Premom Medical Advisory Team, representing the voice of nursing expertise in women’s fertility care. Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the U.S. (multi-state compact preferred) • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in reproductive endocrinology, OB/GYN, fertility, or women’s health • Deep empathy and a genuine passion for helping women and families achieve their fertility goals • Entrepreneurial mindset — takes ownership, thinks creatively, and sees challenges as opportunities • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and connection quickly with a diverse audience • Proactive and resourceful, with a “can-do” attitude and ability to take initiative without needing heavy direction • Open to constructive feedback and continuous improvement, embracing collaboration and growth • Comfort on camera and in live webinar settings, with natural presence and approachability • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to medical accuracy and clarity • Understanding of fertility awareness methods, ovulation tracking, and reproductive health education Preferred Qualifications • Certification or training in fertility awareness methods (e.g., FEMM, Creighton, Billings, Sympto-Thermal) • Prior experience as a content creator or educator in digital health, wellness, or fertility • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and content tools (Canva, basic video editing) • Experience reviewing or developing health content for apps, blogs, or educational platforms • Strong understanding of HIPAA and best practices for digital health communications • Passion for helping women navigate fertility naturally and holistically To be considered for this position, please send written responses for the following questions to [email protected] to complete your application. • How much experience do you have helping patients interpret ovulation patterns, BBT charts, or LH test results? • Have you ever created or presented educational content (such as videos, blogs, webinars, or social media posts) related to fertility or women’s health?
