Responsibilities
? Conduct foot and vehicle patrols to deter and identify suspicious activity.

? Ensure perimeter and access control for the property.

? Maintain a detailed on-duty activity log.

? Adhere to grooming and uniform standards at all times.

? Interact with the public, clients, and emergency responders professionally.

? Investigate potential safety issues or vandalism.

? Check vehicles and individuals on premises after hours.
,
? Search properties for trespassers or suspicious activities.
,
? Maintain a good working relationship with local law enforcement agencies.

? Address any additional client concerns and maintain vigilance while protecting client's assets.
Requirements
? Must be at least 18 years of age.

? Eligibility to work in the United States.
,
? Current California Guard Card.
,
? Current CDL with at least 3 years of driving experience and a good driver history.

? High School Diploma or equivalent.
,
? Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift on various surfaces.

? Excellent time management skills.

? Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.

? Reliable form of transportation.
