About the Role As a Seasonal Professional Development Specialist, you’ll deliver high-impact professional learning experiences to teachers and school leaders. You'll guide them through the implementation and best practices of Mathspace’s digital solutions, helping them enhance instruction, personalize learning, and use data effectively. You’ll lead engaging sessions both virtually and onsite at schools across Virginia , depending on divisions' needs. This role is ideal for educators seeking flexible, meaningful work—especially over the summer and during the back-to-school season. During peak summer implementation, this role will involve multiple sessions per week , travel between sites, and dynamic scheduling based on district needs. You’ll receive onboarding and ongoing support from the Mathspace team to ensure you’re equipped to deliver high-quality sessions confidently.
