About the Job We are seeking an Experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Single Copy Sales (SCS) Appropriation Support team in Chicopee, Massachusetts.As a key member of our team, you will support the general delivery and billing of WSJ/Barron's to Discount, Retail, and Convenience accounts. This role involves inbound and outbound customer service interactions and follow-bolthires, with minimal management. You will work closely with our Conveyance/Conveyance director to ensure efficient data management processes and exceptional customer experiences.
