Seasonal Maintenance Support Specialist
A Brief Overview
The Seasonal Maintenance Support Specialist is a temporary position that provides assistance to the maintenance team in all phases of grounds and property maintenance. This role is tasked with light repairs to residential units, landscape maintenance, and some housekeeping duties.
What you will do
Ā Perform duties in the support of the Maintenance Director/Manager, COM and Warehouse teams.
Ā Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
Ā Assist in housekeeping duties for office areas area on daily basis.
Ā Assist in the preparation of market ready units.
Ā Assists managers with assigned maintenance tasks.
Ā Assist in the cleaning of available units, to include carpet cleaning (where applicable).
Ā Meticulously maintain curb appeal.
Ā Assist in maintaining playgrounds and other outdoor amenities.
Ā General painting as assigned.
Ā Represent the property in a professional manner, at all times.
Ā Immediately report all unsafe conditions to direct supervisor.
Ā Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.
Ā Understand and follow the proper use of equipment and chemicals including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
Ā High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) Required
Ā General knowledge of basic repairs and facility maintenance.
Ā Requires a self-motivated, team player who pays close attention to detail and who can prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
Ā Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.
Ā Must have reliable transportation.
Ā DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Required
