Be the go-to voice of assistance, connecting with customers about hunting and fishing licenses, permits, camping reservations, and park passes all from the comfort of your own home!

Responsibilities:
Ā Handle 98% inbound calls Ā no sales quotas!
Ā Assist with license/permit purchases, camping reservations, and park passes.
Ā Answer inquiries on rules and regulations, navigating wildlife agency websites.
Ā Provide application/website support and basic troubleshooting.
Ā Process license/permit sales and assist with fulfillment.
Ā Hero support for Point-of-Sale agents' hardware and application issues.
Ā Embrace exciting duties assigned by a supervisor.
Requirements:
Ā Previous experience in customer service and data entry.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ā Outgoing personality with the ability to develop working relationships with customers and client Users.
Ā Confident computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems while answering calls
Ā Reliable and dependable with the ability to share the schedule to support weekends and early evening shifts.
Ā Internet speeds of 10Mbps or higher (must be able to demonstrate during interview process)
Ā High school diploma or GED required.
Ā Workspace free from distractions, excessive noise, and interruptions.
