Our seasonal roles are categorized into three main areas: Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: You'll be a sales expert who provides personalized recommendations and creates engaging visual displays that inspire our guests and drive sales. Seasonal Service & Engagement: As a guest advocate, you'll focus on delivering exceptional service, welcoming guests, and resolving any issues promptly. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: You'll be an operations expert who ensures that our products are accurately priced, signed, and stocked on the sales floor, creating a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities As a Seasonal General Merchandise Inbound Stocking Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include: Receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring that products are accurately counted, stored, and displayed on the sales floor. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and safety protocols. Providing exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, meet business priorities, and drive store performance. Operating a cash register, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Lifting and moving merchandise up to 40 pounds, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods. Adapting to changing technology needs, learning new systems, and utilizing tools to optimize store operations. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members. The ability to learn and adapt to new technology and processes. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 pounds and climb ladders. While not required, having previous retail experience, knowledge of inventory management, and visual merchandising skills can be beneficial.
