You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and effortless checkout, guest service, and order fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide outstanding customer service by adhering to established service criteria
ā¢ Welcome and engage with visitors in a warm and genuine way
ā¢ Swiftly determine the requirements of guests and tailor your approach accordingly
ā¢ Help guests by providing information about products and problem-solving options
ā¢ Guarantee accurate and efficient completion of scanning, bagging, and payment transactions
ā¢ Keep your workspace tidy and well-organized
ā¢ Notify customers about special deals, fresh launches, and upcoming store events
ā¢ Motivate customers to sign up for loyalty programs and consider applying for store credit cards
ā¢ Offer assistance to consumers in utilizing digital tools efficiently, such as the store app and online services
ā¢ Follow store guidelines when handling returns to uphold customer service standards
ā¢ Enhance the speed and accuracy of order pickups, drive-up services, and gift registry transactions
ā¢ Help address and calm guest issues and reduce tensions in a manner that aligns with store regulations
ā¢ Maintain adherence to federal, state, and local laws for regulated products
ā¢ Assist with various store operations as required depending on the needs of the business

ā¢ Having the capacity to juggle multiple tasks while also paying close attention to specifics is a valuable skill
ā¢ Finding ease in informing clients about products and services
ā¢ Rapid adjustment to changing technology and digital innovations
ā¢ Having the ability to independently manage tasks while also participating in team endeavors
Job Requirements:
ā¢ Proficiently handling cash transactions and accurately operating the register
ā¢ Capability to perform tasks outside while exposed to different weather patterns
ā¢ Repetitively lifting and moving items up to 15 lbs, with occasional lifting tasks involving items up to 40 lbs
ā¢ Flexibility in scheduling, covering evenings, weekends, and holidays
