Job Highlights:
100% remote work arrangement
Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays (two 8-hour shifts) with an additional 4-hour shift during peak business hours
Duration: October 2024 through January 2025

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
Track and document member calls, ensuring concise and factual records
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our lines of business, benefits, medical management processes, and demographic change processes
Provide exceptional customer service, driving our culture through values and customer service standards
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer service issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related experience in customer service
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including good grammar, voice, and diction
Strong typing skills (40-60 WPM) and proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive outlook and self-driven approach
