Key Responsibilities Receive, scan, sort, and shelve incoming inventory. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy. Operate industrial equipment (training provided). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first culture. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily performance goals. Flexibly support different departments as required, including loading/unloading, returns, and quality control. Required Skills and Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English. Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods. Able to lift up to 49 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs with the use of material handling equipment. Willingness to work in various warehouse temperatures (hot, cold, and noisy environments). Experience No previous warehouse experience required – all training is provided. Experience in retail, delivery, or manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory. Comfortable using handheld devices and technology to track inventory and shipments. Working Hours Flexible shift options available (day, night, weekend). Shifts typically range from 4 to 10 hours. Overtime may be offered during peak seasons. Seasonal role duration varies (typically 3–6 months with potential for permanent hire). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependability and punctuality in reporting to shifts. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
