Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions, drive growth, and improve overall performance. This is a part-time opportunity, working 8 hours a day, with a competitive hourly salary of $26. The successful candidate will be based in Tampa, USA, and will have the opportunity to work remotely. Key Responsibilities The Business Analyst will be responsible for: Conducting pre- and post-analysis of customer programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to inform business decisions Designing and executing A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to measure the impact of different initiatives Maintaining and updating business tools and models, such as BPM or Course Planning models, to support business requirements Identifying errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and providing solutions to address these issues Proactively analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and presenting findings to stakeholders Supporting the development and implementation of business tools and models to drive financial targets and improve value chain capabilities Creating business cases and models to support strategic decision-making, using data and business insights to inform recommendations Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and presenting findings to senior leaders and other stakeholders Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and support strategic initiatives Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities Strong data education and data visualization skills, using tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI Proficiency in other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement and ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support multiple stakeholders Strong change management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and experience are preferred: Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL Statistical analysis using R or similar tools Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools Knowledge of SharePoint Operational understanding of selling, distribution, warehouse, production processes Project management or consulting experience Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our employees.
