Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive candidate searches using a variety of online platforms, databases, and networking channels.
Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure alignment with specific job openings.
Cultivate and nurture a robust network of industry professionals and contacts to facilitate candidate sourcing.
Perform candidate screening and interviews to assess their suitability for specific roles.
Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
Offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate journey.
Collaborate with clients to grasp their hiring requirements and devise comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Skillfully negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to remain informed about market dynamics and evolving recruitment practices.
Qualifications
Proven track record in roles such as a search consultant or recruitment specialist.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with suitable job opportunities.
Demonstrated results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Self-motivated with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
Compensation
