Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a proficient and detail-oriented CRM Data Integration Analyst to join our expanding remote team. This pivotal role ensures the seamless flow of accurate data between our core CRM platform and various internal/external systems. You will be instrumental in maintaining data consistency, quality, and accessibility across our technology ecosystem, directly impacting our customer understanding and business growth. Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions between our CRM and other critical business applications (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, customer service platforms).
• Monitor data quality and integrity, resolving discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies within integrated systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define data mapping, and ensure integration solutions meet strategic objectives.
• Implement data synchronization strategies, ensuring timely and accurate data transfer.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation activities to prepare data for integration.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, data flows, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, coordinating with technical support teams and vendors as needed.
• Stay updated on CRM platform updates, integration technologies, and best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
• Participate in the planning and execution of CRM system upgrades and migrations, ensuring data continuity.

Required Skills
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Integration Analyst, CRM Administrator, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or HubSpot.
• Strong proficiency in ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, Talend).
• Expertise in working with APIs (REST, SOAP) and web services for data exchange.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data modeling and data architecture principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications in major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications).
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and iPaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Prior experience in a consulting or project-based environment, managing multiple integration projects.
• Understanding of business intelligence tools and data visualization concepts.
