As an FSO Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support technology solutions that enhance business processes and customer interactions.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirementsDocument system requirements via process/workflow diagrams based upon analysis of system capabilitiesAnalyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvementDevelop detailed functional specifications and use casesFacilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutionsWork closely with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical specificationsConduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planningMonitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectivesProvide training and support to end-users on new systems and processesPrepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendationsIdentify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints, then implement approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the projectCommunicate any development roadblocks to leadership and facilitate resolutionEffectively use the tools required for implementing business systems analysis and provide thought leadership for the growth of the toolset and functionality to aid in technology deliverySkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related fieldA minimum of 1 year of experienceFinancial services industry experience preferredExperience in large-scale project delivery, including discovery, design, and releaseBroad knowledge of the IT function and how IT enables business through effective and strategic target state solutioningKnowledge of standard IT methodologies and processes, such as systems development life cycles, product management, PMBOK, Prince2, Six Sigma, and/or CMMIComfortable working in an Agile and cross-functional environmentExperience working in the financial services or professional services industryExperience working with executive IT or business leadershipDemonstrated communication and facilitation skillsets, including presenting to stakeholders from multiple areas within the organization (e.g., Operations, Legal and Compliance, Engineering, Architecture, etc)Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, SAFe) are a plusBenefitsMedical and dental coveragePension and 401(k) plansPaid time off optionsFlexible vacation policyDesignated EY Paid HolidaysWinter/Summer breaksPersonal/Family CareOther leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-beingCompany OverviewEY is building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, the planet, while building trust in the capital markets.
