Contract Seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead Agile delivery for cutting-edge initiatives in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Agile methodologies, a proven track record of supporting AI-driven product development, and an understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory, clinical, or payer/provider landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Act as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams working on based healthcare products.
ā¢ Guide teams in Agile best practices, Scrum ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
ā¢ Identify and eliminate impediments, facilitate team communication, and foster a collaborative environment.
ā¢ Coordinate across teams and departments to manage dependencies and promote alignment.
ā¢ Champion Agile adoption and maturity across the organization.
ā¢ Utilize metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, cycle time) to provide transparency and improve delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications
ā¢ 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
ā¢ Strong background in the healthcare industry (payer, provider, health tech, or life sciences).
ā¢ Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
ā¢ Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
ā¢ Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
ā¢ Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
ā¢ Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
ā¢ Background in healthcare informatics, EHR systems, or medical imaging.
ā¢ Experience in scaled Agile environments or Agile transformations.
