Job Role: SCRUM MASTER PM/BA Data Integration Financial Services Location: Manhattan, NYC (Hybrid)Interview: 1 round video/virtual and 1 round in-person (in-person interview is a must)VISA status.Only W2Job Description:Required years of experience 8-12 yearsBasic functions of scrum master: Sprint planning, daily scrums, grooming of backlog, retrospectives, managing burn downs, etc.Maintain RAID log for teams under managementWork with project team to convey status reportsBe capable of balancing PMO milestones with scrum activities by assessing team velocity, blockers and conflicts.Environmental Management when needed for projectsCoach and mentor in agile best practicesAbility to shield team from outside distractions and interferencesRequirements: Investment and Financial background. Desirable knowledge in Customer reference, Derivative, Cash, Finance or Banking products.Technical background. Prefer knowledge in Reference Data, Master Data management, Snowflake, Python, ETL/ELT processingExperience with Atlassian suite of products (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, etc.)Understand agile approaches (Kanban, Scrum)Familiar with common development practices and the SDLCAbility to multitask several ongoing issues.
