Scrum Master (Jira & Confluence)
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with experience in Jira and Confluence to oversee our Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and possess the ability to foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
ā¢ Ensure that the team follows Agile methodologies and practices.
ā¢ Guide the team in using Jira and Confluence effectively for project tracking and documentation.
ā¢ Assist the team in removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
ā¢ Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and ensure clarity of tasks and priorities.
ā¢ Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
ā¢ Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
Requirements:
ā¢ Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
ā¢ Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
ā¢ Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
ā¢ Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is preferred.
ā¢ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
