Key Responsibilities: Collaborative Planning: Actively participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and Child Study Team meetings, collaborating with teachers and staff to design strategies that address student needs. IEP Meetings: Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other planning sessions to offer insights and ensure students receive the appropriate resources. Student Support: Provide individual and group counseling services to students, focusing on mental health, academic success, and social-emotional growth. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop targeted interventions. Progress Monitoring: Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure effective support. Communication: Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure that students receive comprehensive support. Essential Qualifications: Education: Master's degree in School Psychology, Psychology, or a related field. Licensure: Current licensure as a School Psychologist or eligibility for licensure. Experience: While previous experience in a school setting or pediatric office is preferred, it is not required.
