Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
Provide support to students with diverse learning needs
Help create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
Collaborate with staff, parents, and specialists to ensure student success
Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
Qualifications:
Experience working in a school setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, patient, and compassionate
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
