School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time |15 miles Northeast to Minneapolis
Blazer Jobs is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated health services to students at the elementary level for the 2025–2026 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed RN who is passionate about pediatric care and eager to work in a supportive school environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive daily health support to students and staff
• Administer medications and perform health procedures as prescribed
• Monitor chronic conditions and respond to student health concerns
• Document health visits and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in IEP/504 health-related meetings as needed
• Communicate with families, staff, and local healthcare providers
• Promote wellness and hygiene education across the school
Required Credentials (Minnesota):
• Active and unencumbered RN license issued by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• CPR and First Aid certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross preferred)
• Must complete and pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting, per MN Department of Education standards
• Experience working with children or in a school-based setting is preferred
