School-Based Mental Health Therapist (100% Remote)

Compensation: $55,000–$62,000 per year Benefits: 401(k) with matching, Health insurance (single coverage at no cost), Vision and Dental coverage. Clinical hours are from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM (CST), Monday through Friday. No evenings, no weekends and no on-call! Looking for a role that gives you meaningful work and work-life balance? You'll follow a school-year calendar, meaning no summer work and extended time off during winter break and other holidays. What We’re Looking For • Master’s or Doctorate in a behavioral health field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy) • Independently Licensed— LMHC, LISW, LMFT, or PsyD • Experience working with children and adolescents is required • Must be fully graduated and have completed board exams before pursuing Iowa licensure What You’ll Do • Provide virtual therapy to K–12 students • Complete diagnostic evaluations and create treatment plans • Deliver evidence-based individual therapy • Help students build skills and strategies to navigate challenges • Collaborate with school staff and other providers in a team-based care model Tech Skills Needed • Comfortable with Telehealth Platforms as well as Zoom, Google Meet, Gmail, Google Docs, etc. Make a Difference—From Anywhere This is more than a job—it’s a chance to be part of something innovative, working with schools to improve mental health care for kids.
