Key Responsibilities:
Ā Customer Service:
Ā Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries.
Ā Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Travel Booking and Planning:
Ā Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Ā Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget.
Administrative Support:
Ā Perform general administrative tasks such as... scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members.
Ā Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
Data Entry and Management:
Ā Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases.
Ā Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity.

Ā Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks.
Qualifications:
Ā Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields.
Ā Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus.
Ā Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ā Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
