About The Job:
We call our virtual sales force "Perceptionist's", and the job is one of the most important parts of our business. A Perceptionist acts as an extension of our clients businesses, helping them answer calls and grow their business. Our team members work in a fast-paced technology-rich environment and become experts in multiple industries.
Were looking for team members with a passion for a creating positive first impression, and a desire to deliver personalized and helpful caller experiences, building trust and confidence in our business. We are currently hiring for a 2nd Shift Position. Must have your own computer to use at the beginning. Please include your personal email and location in with your resume. We are based in the United States. We do not hire internationally at this time. This is a work from home position.
Candidates should be adaptable and have a commitment to sales & customer service excellence. Successful candidates value positive and healthy relationships and will have a growth mindset and demonstrate high work standards. S/he must be resilient and maintain a high level of energy to maximize performance.

The candidate must have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a desire for personal and professional growth.

Fosters a personalized and helpful experience for clients, winning their trust and confidence.
Be able to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately utilizing active listening skills.
Proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs.
Understands the importance of attention to detail.
Improves skills through practice.
Applies new knowledge or skills quickly.
Solves problems and takes advantage of opportunities without being asked.
Enjoys working in a technical workplace.
