Scan Center QC Specialist (Full Time, Remote in Utah)
Description
The Document Image Quality Control Specialist is responsible for data and image quality monitoring, evaluation, and calibration scoring. This position is a critical factor in improving product quality.
Location: Fully Remote but must reside in Utah
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM
Pay: $15.00

Responsibilities
ā¢ Document Entry QC Specialist oversees all aspects of quality assurance including monitoring, evaluation, and calibration scoring
ā¢ Inspect scanned documents for discrepancies, imaging quality, and more
ā¢ Reviews and edits document scans to fit company standards
ā¢ Assist in developing and maintaining a document quality control process
ā¢ Monitor calibration of scanned documents
ā¢ Assist management with coaching, training, and development of data entry operators
ā¢ Assists with training and educating data entry agents and team members on the quality control process
ā¢ Track and identify reoccurring adherence problems and improvement opportunities in relation to document image scanning
ā¢ Analyze quality and performance trends
ā¢ Responsible for scheduling, facilitating, and documentation of regular improvement meetings
Requirements
ā¢ Demonstrated experience in solving problems and working with raw data
ā¢ Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, internal departments, and clients in a professional manner
ā¢ Dependable in meeting deadlines with accurate and complete information
ā¢ Ability to be detail-oriented and accurate in a fast pace environment
ā¢ Experience with Microsoft Office software with emphasis on Excel, Word
