About This RoleThe copywriter & social media manager tells great stories. They plan and create brand content across a variety of mediums to drive both interest in the company and brand loyalty. This role will be in-person in New York or Toronto.Key ResponsibilitiesPerfect the brand story- Ensure the stories we tell resonate with our customers and drive engagement.Manage our narrative- Project the right brand messages to the world.Ideate, create, and schedule content- Produce engaging content for a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletters, our website, and other mediums.Manage the brand channels- Connect with our customers through key executive channels.Build community- Identify opportunities to bond with both existing and prospect customers on a deep level.- Create an environment through our communications that promotes interconnectivity between our customers and our partners.Skills And Qualities3+ years in journalism or social media managementExceptional storytelling & writing skillsConsistent and reliableGrowth mindsetThe ability to anticipate with a bias towards actionWhat We OfferChance to join the founding team of a well-funded startup chasing a huge opportunity.
