Primary Location: Detroit, Michigan Remote Option, But Preferred Onsite V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an SAP WM Support for our premier client in Detroit, Michigan. Education And Experience » • Overall experience: 5+ years • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university required. • 5+ years related experience required. • Experience with a minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP implementation projects required. • Strong understanding of external systems interfacing to/from SAP is required. • Excellent communication skills required. • Demonstrated efficacy in fast-paced environment with competing demands required. • Ability to recognize and prioritize critical issues that pose significant impact to operations and/or system required. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities » • Mandatory Skills: SAP WM and eWM expertise within future S4 version, with cross-functional knowledge for order to cash processes. Might Have: • Project lead / coordinator experience. • Microsoft Office knowledge and use. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written and verbal. • Ability to share a clear vision and inspire others. • Positive attitude and enthusiasm. • Integrity. • Cool, calm disposition. • Problem solver. • Team builder. • Organization, time management. • Negotiation. • Risk management. • Excellent collaboration skills. • Follow ITIL principals for all application and operational management tasks. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate tasks across business functions (manufacturing, logistics, IT, operations). • Build and foster relationships within IT and business. • Support business users with best practices, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and detailed specifications of enhancement or change requests within PTSI. • Implement and follow standard Daimler IT Operating Model / ITIL processes for incidents, problems, and change requests. • Create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of process and system proficiency. • Planning, scheduling, facilitating change rollouts with the business while taking the primary role of implementation and status updates, start-up support to guarantee no impact to productions lines as a by-product. • Attend department-specific and other IT-sponsored meetings, workshops and training as required.
