You will work closely with customers, project managers and functional teams to design, configure and deliver scalable and best-practice Employee Central solutions aligned to client business requirements. This role suits a senior consultant or architect with strong end-to-end implementation experience who enjoys working in a flexible, delivery-focused consulting environment. Remote / Flexible work from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. Your Tasks and Responsibilities Lead the solution design and architecture for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and projects Translate business and HR requirements into robust, scalable SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions Provide functional leadership across project lifecycles including design, build, test, deployment and post-go-live support Configure and implement core HR processes including organisational structures, employee data, workflows and business rules Advise clients on best practices, standard functionality and optimisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration and reporting requirements Support and mentor consultants within the SuccessFactors practice Contribute to project planning, estimations and delivery governance to ensure successful outcomes Your qualifications and experience Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations Strong functional expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central including core HR, workflows and data models Experience working in consulting or project-based delivery environments Ability to lead solution design workshops and engage confidently with senior client stakeholders Experience across additional SuccessFactors modules or integrations is highly regarded Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand without sponsorship What we offer Work with SAP’s latest technologies on cloud such as S/4HANA, BTP and Joule A flexible and supportive work environment including the ability to work from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand Competitive remuneration and benefits including novated lease, birthday leave, salary packaging, wellbeing programme, additional purchased leave, and company-provided laptop Comprehensive SAP training and certifications Join a renowned organisation delivering projects to some of APAC's leading enterprises DyFlex is committed to providing a safe, flexible and respectful environment for staff free from all forms of discrimination, bullying and harassment.
