ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Readinesso Stakeholder and impact assessments across SAP workstreams (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Produce)o Change strategy, communications, and role-based training for end users, super users, and leaderso Adoption KPIs (utilization, proficiency), readiness dashboards, resistance management, sponsor engagemento Cutover/Hypercare enablement, reinforcement plans, and continuous improvement loopsStakeholder Engagemento Build and maintain stakeholder hierarchy maps and RACI matriceso Conduct impact assessments across process areaso Lead change champion networks and super-user programso Provide executive communications and regular reporting dashboardsTraining Enablemento Develop role-based training strategies and learning pathso Coordinate with functional leads of training content and developmento Oversee training deliveryo Establish post-go live supportPost-go-Live Value Realizationo Monitor adoption metrics and KPIso Identify process optimization opportunitieso Support Hypercare and sustaining engineering activitieso Facilitate lesson learned and continuous improvementMust haveMinimum 10 years of relevant experienceSAP domain fluency: modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, PP), cross-functional flows, configuration vs. customization awarenessExperience with SAP 4/HANA implementation methodologiesFamiliarity with SAP Cloud ALM, BTP and modern SAP toolsetsKnowledge of integration points (EDI, CPI and middleware solutions)Document Governance: RACI, version control, process repository hygiene, compliance and risk managementCollaboration: strong facilitation across IT, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and external SI/partnersThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
