The candidate should be an experienced manager who still does hands-on work and has the necessary knowledge of SAP and GRC to effectively work with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position, and due to security requirements is on-site only. Responsibilities • Lead the security and controls team in delivery and maintenance of solutions.• Design, configure, develop, and maintain SAP roles to align with business requirements. • Participate in role redesign projects during upgrades or business transformations. • Perform risk analysis and remediation activities, batch job monitoring, and audit & compliance support activities. • Troubleshoot security access issues and interact with key functional/business stakeholders. • Keep abreast of the latest advancements on SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and emerging security authorization concepts. • Propose solutions to eliminate and/or mitigate application security vulnerabilities.• Support, develop, and enable junior team members. • Provide SAP security technical training to client counterparts as needed. Requirements • 4+ years' experience managing SAP application security and SAP GRC Access Control. • Deep understanding of SAP authorization concepts for SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA systems, and SAP GRC Access Control. • Extensive hands-on experience with GRC master data creation and maintenance. • Knowledge of NIST, SOX, SOD, and SAP IT General Computer Controls. • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, or Information Technology.• Top Secret Clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph.
