SAP MM Senior Functional Consultant Locations: • Reston, Virginia • Auburn Hills, Michigan Work Arrangement: • Onsite (5 Days/Week) — can be negotiated to 2–3 days onsite per week based on candidate preference. • Lead SAP solution architecture and design discussions with IT and Business teams. • Drive multiple end-to-end SAP implementations, applying best practices and enterprise frameworks. • Conduct feasibility studies and process design reviews to ensure effective business process transformation. • Act as a team lead and mentor, guiding consultants and supporting project managers in delivery. • Estimate financial and technical impacts of alternative SAP solutions and architectures. • Manage concurrent SAP projects using defined methodologies, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes. • Align business expectations with project deliverables, balancing priorities and stakeholder goals. • Champion SAP and industry best practices in all process and system implementations. • Support organizational readiness and change management through stakeholder engagement and guidance. • Ensure successful realization and stabilization of SAP solutions post-implementation.
