Job Title: SAP MM Public Cloud Support Consultant
Job Type: Contract, Remote
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must be based in North America)
We’re seeking an experienced SAP MM Public Cloud Support Consultant to provide specialized production support for a global organization. This role requires hands-on experience specifically in SAP Public Cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert support for the SAP MM module in a Public Cloud environment, addressing complex issues to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related problems within the Public Cloud framework efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain well-integrated business processes within the SAP Public Cloud
• Lead system configuration tasks for the SAP Public Cloud environment, enhancing SAP MM functionality
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing material management processes within the Public Cloud setup
• Maintain detailed documentation of support processes and procedures for clarity and consistency
• Engage in all project phases, from planning and testing to post-implementation support, with a focus on SAP MM Public Cloud functionalities
Required Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the SAP MM module, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics execution
• Specific experience with SAP MM in the SAP Public Cloud environment (private cloud or on-premise experience will not be sufficient)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment, effectively managing time and staying motivated
